We begin by clarifying your vision, offer, message and direction while uncovering the beliefs, fears and nervous system patterns that keep you stuck. We work with the habits that quietly run your business from behind the scenes: people-pleasing, overgiving, undercharging, waiting for approval and confusing kindness with constant availability. We decide what is ready to be built and what to release.

I was born into entrepreneurship. I was 14 when I started working at my mother's Ecuadorian import business. Every winter she imported handmade 100% wool sweaters and opened shop in Yorkville, renting a small ice cream hut and standing in the cold every day, selling with nothing but warmth, heart and conviction. In the summers we travelled across Ontario selling Ecuadorian crafts at flea markets and fairs, and she had a large corner store at St. Lawrence Market in downtown Toronto. I watched her build something from love, and I was part of it from the beginning.
At 21, I had my first daughter. I looked at the CN Tower where I had been working and knew I was not leaving her in daycare to go back to a life that pulled me away from her. So I became a soulpreneur instead. In 2003, Sacred Breakthroughs™ was born.
I know what it feels like to undercharge, overdeliver, people-please and carry a powerful vision while still questioning your worth.

For years, I was the woman people came to over coffee. They would share an idea, a website, an offer or a stuck place, and I could see the pattern, the missing piece and the next step. The real block was often visibility, receiving, self-trust, nervous system safety or the old habit of abandoning yourself to keep everyone else comfortable.

A website, interactive resource, client portal or software project begins with a conversation about your goals, the features you need and the right first version. The scope, investment and timeline are agreed separately before work begins.
You do not need to join the Business Intensive to enquire about a build. If you want both mentorship and development, we will clearly outline each service.

When can I start?
Any time. Applications are open year-round. After we talk, we choose a start date together, and your three months run from that day.
Is this right for me if I am just starting out?
Yes. This intensive is designed for women at any stage, whether you are holding a dream that has not yet become a business or you have been working for years and feel stuck. What matters is that you are open to practical strategy and personal reflection, willing to take action, and ready for support as you build or grow your business.
What does private 1:1 mean in practice?
It means this is just you and me: 12 private 90-minute coaching sessions over three months, usually held weekly, with guidance between sessions and a personalized focus. There is no group and no shared calls. Each session lasts 90 minutes, for 18 hours of private coaching in total. We agree on the session schedule and between-session support arrangements before you enrol.
What if I do not have a business yet?
That is completely fine. Many women come in with a dream, a calling or a direction but not yet a business. Part of Month One is clarifying exactly what wants to be built. You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. You just need to arrive ready to do the work.
What if I already have a business and just need strategy?
Strategy is absolutely part of what we do: website direction, content planning, offer structure, review systems and digital products. In my experience, women who come in “just for strategy” almost always discover there is an inner layer keeping the strategy from landing. We work with both because that is what creates results.
Does the Intensive include building my website or software?
The Intensive includes business strategy, website planning, creative direction and guidance on your digital ideas. Website design, development and custom software are separately scoped and quoted projects. They are not included in the mentorship fee.
What is the investment?
$3,333 CAD when paid in full. The monthly option is three payments of $1,333 CAD, for a total of $3,999 CAD. Paying in full saves $666.
